To look after our patients and staff for the unforeseen future we have changed the way in which our appointments are booked.  All appointments with the Doctors will be have telephone triage in the first instance, it will be at the discretion of Doctor if they invite you into the practice.  This is following guidance provided by NHS England and Public Health England.

We have suspended our appointment system (including online bookings) for all future bookings in order to ensure we are prepared.
If you already have an appointment booked in the near future you may receive a call from the practice to see if it can be dealt with over the phone.  If you feel that you need to be seen, you may be asked additional questions before an appointment is made for you.
If you do visit the surgery, please do not be alarmed if the Doctor that is seeing you is wearing a mask or taking extra precautions.
If you wish to avoid the surgery, please cancel you appointment by contacting the reception team by phone.  Alternatively you can use the online service (to cancel only) or texting cancellation option (if you have signed up to these services).
Please DO NOT attend the surgery if you suspect that you may have Coronavirus (COVID-19).  This is for the protection of the whole practice as well as vulnerable patients.  We do not have any way of testing for the virus in the surgery and anyone who attends the practice with this virus could lead to the surgery being closed.
If you are concerned about Coronavirus, please see the NHS 111 page: https://111.nhs.uk/covid-19
Please wash your hand thoroughly and regularly, when coughing or sneezing please ensure you cover your mouth, this could reduce the spread of this virus.
The situation around Coronavirus is changing daily.
