We have continued to provide services throughout the COVID-19 pandemic but we must prioritise delivering this care and services based on clinical needs.

Our opening hours are:
Monday – Friday 08:30 – 18.30
Telephone lines operate from 08:00 – 12.30 & 14.00 – 18.30
Between 12.30 – 14.00 in the event of a medical emergency only please telephone 07984 008352. When the surgery is closed at 18.30, patients must contact NHS 111 by calling the telephone number 111.
Due to ongoing concerns around the coronavirus, especially with the Indian variant being found in Nuneaton, we will operate a slightly different service whereby we try to limit face-to-face contact whenever possible. This is for the protection of patients as well as staff at the practice and to stop the spread of coronavirus.
Online consultation requests for non-urgent help (like sick notes) can be made at any time. They will be responded to as soon as possible, usually within two working days. Alternatively, visit YOUR local pharmacy for clinical advice on minor health concerns.
For urgent issues or out of hours, you can also call the NHS on 111 or go online to seek NHS advice 111.nhs.uk.
Please only attend the surgery where absolutely necessary, and do not turn up expecting to see a GP without an appointment. Appointments are being delivered face-to-face, by telephone, or using video calls and messaging to your mobile or computer. Our practice team will assess what is most appropriate for you therefore it is important to disclose the reason for contacting the practice. If you have a preference about how to access care you can discuss it with the practice.
If you are asked to come into the surgery for a face-to-face appointment, please remember to wear a face covering. Measures are in place to keep you safe from infection during your visit to the surgery. If you have a disability or condition which means you cannot wear a face covering or communicating with someone who is wearing personal protective equipment or face mask, or you need to make any other adjustments before your appointment, please let the surgery know ahead of your arrival.
